Light Commercial
What is light commercial?
- 3 floors or fewer in building height
- Buildings not exceeding 24 units
Used for:
- Residential occupancies
- Business or Personal service occupancies
- Mercantile occupancies
The fees for light commercial buildings vary depending on the size of the project, number of units and type of report. Most inspections start at $800.00.
Expert Witness
$175.00 per hour. Plus travel, expenses and taxes.
Court $1,400.00 Per day Plus travel, expenses and taxes.
